Detpawa Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Introduction

Welcome to detpawa. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Player") and detpawa ("Platform", "We", or "Company") in connection with your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by detpawa.

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the detpawa platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the detpawa platform immediately. Continued use after notification of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use detpawa's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contract under local law.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any gambling regulatory body.
• Be of sound mental capacity and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when making financial decisions.

Detpawa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof of age will be suspended until verification is complete. Failure to prove that a player is 18 years of age or older will result in account closure and any pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

3 User Account

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account only on the detpawa platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts without any deposit refund.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure no other party is using your account.
• Notify detpawa immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or another party with or without your knowledge.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on detpawa are processed through secure payment gateways integrated with our platform. Available payment methods include FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and selected cryptocurrencies.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation.
• Detpawa is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawal purposes must be in the same name as the detpawa account holder.
• Withdrawals to local banks and major e-wallets are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests are allowed per day.
• Detpawa reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

All deposits made are final. detpawa is not responsible for refunding deposit amounts under normal circumstances. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Account Closure

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting detpawa customer support. Before closure, ensure all active rollover requirements have been met and all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

Detpawa reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Self-exclusion request from the player.
• Orders or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Suspicious activity that cannot be verified by our security team.

If an account is closed due to a violation, detpawa reserves the right to withhold all credit balances until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no violation, the valid credit balance will be returned to the player.
