Who We Are

Detpawa is an online entertainment and gaming platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. From day one, we set a clear goal – to deliver a safe, enjoyable and fair gaming experience to every Malaysian player, regardless of background or experience level.

The name detpawa is more than a brand. It represents our commitment to players – that every gaming session, every ringgit deposited and every win earned is something we take seriously. We're not a company that only thinks about numbers – we think about the people behind those numbers.

Our platform was built from the ground up with Malaysian users in mind. That means the interface feels natural for local players, payment methods popular in Malaysia such as FPX, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay are fully supported, and our customer support operates in the Malaysian time zone around the clock.

The detpawa Philosophy

"Every player comes to us hoping to have fun and, if luck is on their side, leave with more than they came with. We're here to make sure that journey is honest, safe and enjoyable from start to finish."

Getting Started
An Idea Born from a Real Need

Detpawa's founders were themselves online casino players frustrated with overseas platforms that didn't understand Malaysian players' needs – foreign languages, unsuitable payment methods and unresponsive support.

Development
Platform Built Exclusively for Malaysia

The detpawa technical team spent over a year building a platform that is truly tailored for Malaysian users – from the Bahasa Melayu interface to the integration of local payment gateways.

Launch
Extraordinary Response from Malaysian Players

Within the first six months of launch, detpawa attracted over 50,000 active members – proof that Malaysian players genuinely needed a platform that truly understands them.

Growth
Game & Services Expansion

Detpawa continues to grow by adding over 500 games from internationally certified providers, launching a VIP programme and improving the withdrawal system for faster processing.

Today
500,000+ Players, One Mission

Detpawa has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognised online entertainment platforms, with over half a million registered members and continuing to grow every day.

What Makes detpawa the Best Choice

Six key advantages that set detpawa apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market.

Enterprise-Grade Security

All data and transactions are protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by banking institutions. Your personal information is never shared with any third party without your consent.

500+ Curated Games

From modern video slots, live baccarat and roulette to fish shooting games and bingo – all available on one platform. Our game providers are internationally recognised names with independent certification.

Optimised for Mobile

The detpawa platform is built with a mobile-first approach. Whether you're on iPhone, Android, or tablet, your gaming experience will feel smooth and comfortable — no extra app downloads required.

Withdrawal in 5 Minutes

Detpawa processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and local banks. No unnecessary delays, no flimsy excuses – your winnings are yours and we respect that.

Valuable Promotions Every Day

From a welcome bonus of up to RM888, 10% daily cashback and weekly rebates to an exclusive VIP programme – detpawa ensures players always get more value from every ringgit they put in.

Built for Malaysian Players

Bahasa Melayu support, Malaysian Ringgit, local banks, your favourite e-wallets and fluent Malaysian customer support – detpawa is a platform that truly understands the local context and needs of its players.

Detpawa's Three Core Pillars

Every decision we make is guided by these three core values.

01
Trust
Player trust is our most valuable asset. We build that trust through transparency across every process – from fair game systems to bonus terms that are clear and easy to understand. No tricks, no hidden conditions.
02
Security
Security is not optional – it's an obligation. detpawa continuously invests in the latest security infrastructure, including two-factor authentication, real-time fraud monitoring and end-to-end data encryption to protect every player account.
03
Fun
Ultimately, detpawa's core purpose is to deliver genuine fun. We continually add new games, refine the interface and improve the user experience so that every session on detpawa feels better than the last.
The Values We Stand By

At detpawa, we believe the relationship between a platform and its players should be built on strong values. More than just a business transaction – it's a relationship of mutual respect and benefit for both sides.

We also take responsible gaming very seriously. detpawa provides control tools such as daily spending limits, session limits and self-exclusion options to ensure entertainment stays as entertainment – nothing more.

Every new detpawa player can access free game tutorials, basic strategy guides, and a range of educational resources we've prepared to help them start with confidence and knowledge.

Full Transparency

All promotion terms, rollover conditions, withdrawal limits, and game policies are stated clearly and are easy to access. Nothing is hidden in the fine print.

Players First

Every product and service decision we make starts with one question — is this good for the player? Player satisfaction and comfort are our true measures of success.

Uncompromising Quality

From game provider selection to live casino video quality and page load speed – we never compromise on user experience.

Continuous Improvement

The detpawa platform is continuously updated based on player feedback. We listen, we learn, and we improve — because we know perfection isn't a destination, it's a journey.

detpawa by the Numbers

These aren't just statistics. Each one represents a real player who has trusted detpawa as their entertainment platform of choice.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Detpawa takes our responsibility for player well-being seriously. We understand that not everyone has the same relationship with online gaming – some play purely for fun, some play for the strategic challenge, and some may need help maintaining healthy gaming habits.

To that end, detpawa provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools integrated directly into every player's account. These tools include daily deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, mandatory cool-off periods and self-exclusion options for a set period.

We also provide resources and links to professional support organisations for players who feel they need outside help. Gaming should be enjoyable entertainment – not a source of stress or problems. At detpawa, we're committed to keeping it that way.
