The registration process is quick and easy, taking under 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name, Malaysian mobile number, email address, and choose a password. Then verify your phone number with the OTP code we send via SMS. Your account is activated immediately once verification is complete.

The minimum age is 18 years. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. During the identity verification (KYC) process, identification documents will be checked to confirm that players meet the age requirement. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. No. All deposits must be made from a financial account registered in the same name as the detpawa account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the transaction being rejected or the account suspended pending investigation. This is a security measure to protect players.
Withdraw Funds

Withdrawals to local bank accounts and major Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed in under 5 minutes once the request is approved. Completed KYC verification speeds up the process. In exceptional cases such as additional security checks, withdrawals may take up to 24 working hours.

The most common reasons a withdrawal is rejected include: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus rollover requirements, bank account details that don't match the registered player name, or suspicious activity requiring further review. Withdrawals still showing a "Processing" status can be cancelled via the transaction history page in your account.
